Sport Trademark Litigation

Natasha Brison and her colleagues recently published a study in the Journal of Global Sport Management. They focused on trademarks, which protect the owners of a mark from unauthorized users. Using game theory as a way to frame their thinking, the authors examined two litigation cases, Already v. Nike and Forever 21 v. Adidas.
