The mission of the Positive Sport Organizational Behavior (PSOB) laboratory is to promote research at the intersection of sport management and positive organizational behavior, foster scientific and practical knowledge to enhance the well-being of individuals and support future sport management scholars.

Sport and Life Quality Lab

For 15 years, the SLQ has been committed to enhancing the life quality of those who live and work in sport. Since the capacity of sport to deliver socially valued outcomes depends on the nature of sport program content and delivery, SLQ affiliates identify how sport can be designed, managed, and marketed to promote and enhance the life quality of individuals, families, and communities.

Sport eXperience Management Lab

The mission of the Sport eXperience Management Lab is to research and analyze various sporting experiences to provide solutions for societal and economic progress.
